Club photography and recording

Guest photography, video, and audio recording are not allowed anywhere inside Temptations KC. This rule protects the privacy of entertainers, guests, and employees and applies regardless of individual consent.

Form submissions

Submitting a contact or employment inquiry authorizes the business to review the information and respond using the contact details provided. A website form submission does not enroll the submitter in SMS notifications or marketing messages.

SMS notifications for authorized staff

Authorized Temptations KC staff may opt in to low-volume internal website-form notification texts by texting START to 816-306-0787. These alerts contain internal notifications about website inquiries and are not marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Messaging eligibility

The SMS notification program is limited to staff authorized by Private Party Impound, LLC, which operates the Temptations KC website. Website visitors and form submitters are not enrolled in the program and do not receive these text alerts.

These terms may be updated to reflect website or messaging operations. Continued website use after an update is subject to the revised terms.
